Everything you need for a perfect vacation
Our 3 generations of family enjoyed your well appointed home inside and out! The floor plan allowed for all of us to have personal space when needed, especially with toddlers running to and fro. Many thanks to Debbie, our property manager who provided us with a tour and info when we arrived. We have traveled extensively with our family and Fischers Reef was our best retreat yet!!!!
Phenomenal for large groups!
We loved this property! We had fourteen guests staying there and never felt cramped! Besides having enough room to sleep, sit, swim, relax outdoors, we also had enough room to sit and eat meals together. Many other homes we looked at had plenty of bedrooms but only one table for 8. We wondered how we could eat together when only half of us could sit down at a time.
Debbie was amazing when we had questions or issues. We loved the reef. Snorkeling was amazing!
Best location ever!
This house is the house to rent! The beach there is quiet and only a rare neighbor wanders by on beach. House amenities include everything you need for a dream vacation. Caretakers Debbie and Kel are extraordinary. They are always available and quick to address any concern. The house has a fun book that Debbie made and it contains lots of information about activities on the island. House is immaculate. Paddle board, kayak and snorkeling equipment is there and the beach at house is perfect for all! You can chill by the pool or rock a new activity every day! We will be back many times.
Thank you for the kind review. Fischer's Reef is a special home, and our most popular large home as well! Please come again soon!

Wonderful family vacation home
For Christmas 2017 my husbands family and my parents decided to go to the Cayman Islands. There was a total of 19 people. This house was absolutely perfect size for all of us to fit comfortably and sleep comfortably. The pool was very warm and nice to relax in. Having our own beach was really cool, we could kayak anytime we wanted and did not have to worry about a crowd. The grocery store was only about 15mins away so we cooked almost every night. I had an infant with us and Debbie and Kel the property management was so accommodating and on point with everything. We wanted for nothing!! I had a crib, a highchair and a diaper pale. The dinning was close and outstanding. We were close to the marina as well so that made it easy to do excursions. The beach had quite a bit of seaweed and sea grass so walking around in the ocean was not ideal but kayaking was fine. We had a blast and would love to come back again. December apparently is a windy time of the year so be prepared for high winds that side of the island but super warm weather, didn’t stop us in any way. Rum point beach bar and Kaibo beach both were so nice and so fun, both very very close to the house. This house was literally perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to work with, thank you Debbie and Kel for being SO amazing to us.
A Dream Home for Our Family Christmas Holidays
Fischer's Reef could not have been any nicer as a gathering place for our family of eighteen (two grandparents, four kids, four spouses and eight grandchildren) from around the country to make memories together. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us with separate bedrooms, a dining table for 18 and every possible amenity one could imagine. The pool and beach were the major attractions but the opportunities to snorkel, scuba dive, interact with the stingrays, feed the frigate birds and enjoy some of the nearby restaurants offered something for everyone from 13 to 83. Debbie and her husband were wonderful caretakers and available for any and all assistance.
We would recommend, without reservation, Fischer's Reef to anyone.

Beautiful home and amenities!
We stayed from July 1-8 and had a wonderful family vacation. The management company was great to work with at the time of booking, very responsive asking questions while we were preparing for our trip, and the on-site manager, Debbie, was so helpful and friendly during our stay. The house was very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, and the pool and views cannot be beat! Would highly recommend this property!
Thank you for everything!
Fischer's Reef is less than a mile east of the famous Rum Point Club and enjoys a sandy beach and excellent snorkeling within a protected marine park. No fishing is allowed within this protected habitat and guests are advised not to touch or disturb the coral reef. To avoid accidentally damaging the coral, we discourage the use of flippers when snorkeling.
The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman. The homes on the oceanfront in Rum Point offer great reef protected snorkeling. The beaches usually have plenty of white sand, but can also have spots of rocky “ironshore” with natural rock formations. The closer you get to Rum Point, usually the sandier the beach as well as swimming. Either way, with the abundant marine life we have in the water, you will want to wear foot protection (pool shoes only, no fins please!). The prevailing trade winds from the east also make flying insects less of a nuisance—many of the homes in Rum Point don’t even need a screened porch.
The big draw to this area is the proximity to the Rum Point Club, a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, many water sports, a restaurant bar and grill, a gift shop and pick-up beach volleyball games. Also near Rum Point is the Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, bar and marina.
Lastly, we have 2 large resorts in the east end (Morritt's and The Reef) that offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants, a modern grocery store, liquor store, gift shops, a Subway sandwich shop, and a cafe/pastry shop. These two resorts also offer scuba, snorkel trips, jet skis, windsurfing, kiteboarding, ocean front pools and bar service.
